Stewart S. Koesten

M.S.F.S., CFP®, CIMA®, CERT(IM), GFP (USA)

Stewart Koesten is Chairman of Aspyre Wealth Partners. He has nearly 40 years of experience as a wealth manager and finds it extremely rewarding to help people live their life to the fullest, every day. His clients either have the financial resources to achieve their goals now, or they have a desire and commitment to accumulate the resources to accomplish their goals in the future. Stewart has a unique specialty of working with clients who have a passion for travel, are living abroad, or plan to be an expat.

In 1997 Stewart and his wife, Dr. Joy Koesten, founded Aspyre Wealth Partners when they opened Koesten Hirschmann & Crabtree (which later became KHC Wealth Management). They started the firm to provide comprehensive, fee-only financial planning for successful business executives seeking help with complex compensation packages. The company soon expanded to include individuals and families with a range of needs and financial circumstances.

Stewart has influenced the development of the planning profession through his many years of active participation in the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the Financial Planning Association. His industry contributions also include former board positions with the national Financial Planning Association and the Investments and Wealth Institute (formerly IMCA).
