For those of you looking to make a career transition in the New Year, Career Builder and Economic Modeling Specialists International have published a list of the professions projected to be most in- demand.  The list is based on a comparison between the number of monthly hires and the number of job postings for each job in the same period.   The growth rate is over the past four years, with a median pay also provided.

While the ten are bracketed by a focus on growth – with sales and marketing jobs at #10 and #1 respectively, the remainders are – no surprise- healthcare and technology /IT positions:
