As a financial planner, she helps clients navigate life’s transitions by building and implementing financial plans to achieve their goals. Joni is continually impressed with the resilience of clients in the face of significant challenges who keep moving forward toward a better situation.
Joni made her own major career transition when she joined Aspyre Wealth Partners after spending more than 20 years in Corporate America where she rose from intern to executive management. She left the telecommunications industry, studied to be a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER Professional, and integrated her years of leadership training experience with wealth management strategies.
Clients seek Joni’s guidance for managing their careers, making successful career transitions and improving their leadership capabilities. By helping people get “off the hamster wheel” that is holding them back, she is able to assist them in identifying actionable steps to improve their job situation.

More About Joni Lindquist
Joni speaks to groups about a range of leadership topics. She is also a regular contributor to The Kansas City Star. Committed to serving her community, she is currently on the Board of Women’s Christian Association which oversees Armour Oaks Senior Living Community. Previously, Joni was on the Boards of Central Exchange, Bishop Sullivan and the Arthritis Foundation. She also intends to get her golden retriever puppy certified to be able to visit senior living communities and school children.
The former Division I tennis player still likes to remain active traveling, bicycling and golfing. In fact, playing a round of golf at the Pebble Beach Golf Links is on Joni’s bucket list. She also enjoys watching old mystery shows, reading and escaping to Arizona during the cold mid-west winters.
