Chadd was chosen from a pool of about 1,000 nominees from across the country by a panel of reporters, editors, and other representatives of InvestmentNews, to make a list of 40 talented individuals. The annual awards program celebrates remarkable young professionals in the financial advice industry for their leadership and accomplishments, placing them among an elite class of role models and rising stars.
